apartment, equipped with all the comfort, is situated in a splendid
new Residence, awarded a prize for the design. It is an independent
apartment with living room, kitchenette and toilette on the
ground floor; on the first one there is a double room with a
fantastic view on the garden (see photo), the bathroom with
tub and shower and a single room with the possibility to add
an additional bed. Finally the loft can be another living room
with sofa but can be used also as another comfortable double
bed.
Situated in Sestiere of Cannaregio only 10 minutes on foot from
the train station and 5 minutes from the stop of the vaporetto
S.Marcuola. Nearby, the New Road, that crosses all the Sestiere
from the Train Station on the way to Rialto. This area is one
of the most animated ones in Venice with its typical restaurants,
fruits and vegetables market and every kind of stores and shops.

ARRIVING
BY CAR, TRAIN, BUS: Whether you are arriving
at Piazzale Roma, car terminal, or from Railway Station,
please take public boat n°. 42 and
get off at Tre Archi boat stop. To reach the apartment
is a short walk.
ARRIVING BY PLANE: The Marco Polo international
airport is at Tessera within the Venetian mainland. Menfgo
Flat may be reached by a water taxi boat, or by bus reaching
the terminal Piazzale Roma.
Then please take public boat n°. 42
and get off at Tre Archi boat stop. To reach the apartment
is short walk.

Saint
Giorgio's School: The School took its name by the Dalmatian community
which became a corporation in 1451 with the patronage of saints George,
Jerom and Tryphon.
Saint
Mark's Basilica: beautiful Venetian church with 5 domes looks like
the ancient church of Costantinopoli. It was embellished during the early
centuries of the last millennium and particulary in the thirtheenth century
when Venice dominated Mediterranean culture and economy.
Saint
Pietro's Basilica: This church was the cathedral of Venice 'till 1807,
when Saint Mark's Basilic became the religious centre of the city.
