The Zoia Terrace apartment owns a very nice and typical wooden terrace from where the guests can enjoy an enchanting view. The apartment is disposed on two floors: on the third an entrance leads to the living room that has high ceilings with wooden beams, parquet floor and a fire place.

On the same floor there's also a bathroom with shower, a double room also with wooden beams. A corridor with a nice furnished kitchen leads to the internal stairs which take to the fourth floor where there's a single room and one more double room. This last room has the bathroom and the entrance to a typical Venitian wooden terrace called altana.
